Bull Riding in a Bear Market

Okay, I don't really know much about the stock market, and I know even less about bull riding, but I do know this: if you don't know what you're doing in either one and you try to do it without any kind of training or schooling, you are going to get hurt!  I know they both have their ups and downs, I know that in both cases the greatest risks can either result in the greatest losses or the greatest rewards!  I also know this:  every bull rider I've seen has fallen off at one time or another, but they always get back up and live to ride again!  No matter what the doomsayers out there are trying to tell you, our stock market will recover.  We may have lost our AAA rating, but so what?  I'm probably about as far away from a triple A credit rating as I can be and I managed to buy a house and get financed on two fairly new vehicles. I may never ride a bull or even invest in the stock market, but if I do either I know that God will be there with me because I will seek Him first when I go looking for answers.
