Garage Sale Fever!

It's that time of year, and everybody's got it, it can be contagious and a lot of fun!  Yup, you guessed it, I'm talking about Garage sale fever!  Now, this has never of course been really diagnosed officially and that's probably because it's a lot like allergies, it really only affects you during a certain part of the year.  But this is better than allergies, better than any "fever" you could get, because you get used, new, used in good condition, and several other varieties of deals that you won't see anywhere else but in people's yards and garages!  Where else can you find Veggie Tales books in great shape for a buck and a half each?  Or what about Gymboree clothes for your kids that normally sell in the store for outrageous prices for just a dollar or two each?  Or what about setting up that home gym you've always dreamed about?  I've seen perfectly good exercise bikes and stair climbers for free!  Not to mention a ton of good gym equipment that would usually cost hundreds of dollars go for under twenty!  Tired of paying top prices for used videos at the store, try a yard sale where the average going price for a dvd is about two bucks and most of the time you can talk them down to one!  You'll also find all kinds of things you won't see in any stores! We found a collapsable doggie tent for just two dollars!  Little kids trying their best to earn some money at lemonade/snack stands will do whatever they can to convince you to buy their product, and of course be willing to explain in detail why their stand is better than the one across the street at their neighbors yard sale.  Just like any fever, not everybody will catch it, but if you do this will be one that you will be glad you got!
