A long time ago in a galaxy far far away....

Okay, everybody knows what THAT's from!  Only one of the greatest movies of all time!  Star Wars will never lose it's cool as far as I'm concerned.  I'm very excited and I don't really have any kind of theme or anything for this post, I just wanted to type while I still can.  I will soon be having carpal tunnel surgery and it may be a while before I can type again.  I hope to try out some speech recognition software, but as I don't really enjoy hearing myself talk it may be hard to keep up on a blog after that.  I originally wanted to do this to try and make money, but now I don't really care if I do or not.  It would be a nice thing if I did, but really I just want the practice so I can finally sit down and write a book like I've been dreaming about for many, many years and not from a galaxy far far away either!  We just bought a Nissan Altima not too long ago and found out it has really great gas mileage.  We filled it up once so far, have driven around 250 miles so far and according to the dashboard program we can still drive approximately another 250 miles before we run out of gas.  Our old Honda Accord would be lucky to make it to 350 miles on a full tank of gas and I believe it had a slightly larger gas tank.  If you are looking for friendly service and a great car I highly recommend Bruce Titus Nissan in Olympia.  Bama (short for Alabama) was our sales rep and he was very helpful and patient with us as we test drove a lot of cars and kept trying to find a way for us to keep our payment at or close to what we were paying on the vehicle we traded in.  The only thing I was slightly disappoined about was that I asked him if our insurance would go up or down or stay the same, and he said it would definately go down, but it wound up going up about 20 dollars a month.  Oh well, what can you do, it doesn't always work out the way we want to.  Well, another work day is done, I'm looking forward to some time off to finally get caught up on all those household projects that keep getting put on the back burner.
I'm really excited about a ministry my lovely wife and I will soon be starting up at our church.  We are going to start a support group for couples dealing with infertility issues.  Our rough plan is to provide resources on coping with infertility, telling what the Bible says about infertility and just providing support for other couples going through the same situation as us.  Well, it's getting late and I soon will close my eyes, I hope you all (like anyone else is reading this) have a great night and I look forward to doing more of this!
